Why UX? ❀
My path to UX design stems from a fascination with how people think, feel, and interact with technology. With a background in psychology and data analytics, I approach design through both empathy and evidence—creating experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and grounded in real human behavior. Across projects in higher education, community design, and technology, I’ve worked to bridge user needs with organizational goals through thoughtful research, clear information architecture, and purposeful interaction design. At the core of my work is a simple goal: to design with intention and craft digital experiences that make people’s lives easier, more informed, and more connected.
My Background ❀
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Information at the University of Michigan, specializing in UX Design and Data Analytics. Before grad school, I studied psychology and user experience design—two areas that taught me to see design as both an art of empathy and a science of understanding people.
At Growing Hope, an urban farming nonprofit, I worked on improving digital engagement for community members seeking local food programs. Collaborating with a mission-driven organization showed me how design can drive social impact and accessibility. Whether I’m sketching wireframes, refining prototypes, or analyzing user feedback, I love creating experiences that bring people closer to what matters most to them.

This means that I’m equal parts empathy, intuition, and organization. Basically, a perfect recipe for UX. I love learning people’s signs and I’m always willing to give a mini horoscope reading!
★ I’m a cat lover
I have the sweetest (and, biasedly, best) little kitty named Raja. He loves to cuddle and eat. He works as a full time napper and as my part time sidekick.
★ When i'm not designing...
When I’m not designing, I’m probably crocheting something I may or may not finish, taking film photos of my friends, or discovering yet another coffee shop that will ruin my savings but fuel my joy. I consider myself to wear many hats, and some of those are unofficial yarn artist, amateur photographer, and coffee enthusiast. I have a soft spot for cozy lighting, good playlists, and discovering new movies & musicals that I can obsess over (I am an avid Letterboxd user). I’m a passionate basketball watcher, and I think I’ve mastered resilience from being a lifelong Detroit Pistons fan.

☆ I’m a Michigan Wolverine! In undergrad, I got a dual degree in Psych and UX, with a stats minor, and now I’m doing my masters in information here!

☆ Favorite movies: Tick Tick… Boom, It Follows, Sinners, Monkey Man, Om Shanti Om, & Mean Girls
☆ Things I collect: Magnets from every place I traveled, mugs, and miscellaneous trinkets to add to my shelves
☆ Latest obsession: Coke zero with coconut syrup, lime juice, and a splash of cream! It’s my favorite little treat
